Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy Shipments will be organized by Stegip 4 communication, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning. Stegip 4 communication, ships worldwide by courier: UPS It is important to enter an email address and phone number correctly when placing an order.

The courier does not always contact the customer by phone, so it is important to enter a correct email address when ordering. NB it is not possible to change the address or order after placing it. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00.

Stegip 4 communication, is not responsible for any delays in shipments caused by international customs problems, delays caused by couriers or other circumstances beyond the control of Stegip 4 communication. During promotions there may be delays in immediate shipping.

USA, Canada: 5-8 business days (may take a few more days depending on customs)

Australia: 6-10 working days (may take a few more days depending on customs) Rest of the world: 8-12 working days (may take a few more days depending on customs)

Online Returns

General Conditions Applicable to Returns Subject to compliance with the conditions set out in this section Returns and Exchanges, we offer a free return policy "without question" that allows you to return the items delivered to us for any reason up to 30 days after your Order, free of charge. In order to qualify for a refund, all items (including promotional gift items accompanying the Order) must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the Order under the following conditions:


  • Items must be unaltered, unused and fully saleable (or in the condition in which they were received by us or our agents). Shoes must be brand new and undamaged.
  • Items must be in their original packaging/box/dust lid and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached. Authenticity cards must also be returned, where applicable. The return must be accompanied by the original order confirmation.

Refund process

Refunds will only be processed after completing the return process and subsequently the returned items have been approved. After approval, we will issue a refund of the full face value of the properly returned and undamaged items (excluding, where applicable, original shipping charges and cash handling charges).

The refund will be processed using the following methods:

  • Credit card payments are refunded to the card used for the purchase.
  • Payments PayPal are refunded to your PayPal account. If you choose to pay with multiple payment methods, the amount of the store credit used will be prioritized and refunded in full, before the rest of the payment is refunded through the other payment method used.

Item Return Policies

Damaged goods and incorrectly fulfilled orders If you receive a damaged item or it is not the product you ordered, please arrange to return the item to us using the return procedure above. The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it within 30 days of receipt in order to qualify for a full refund. Where applicable, the refund will include shipping costs for the original Order, money handling fees, taxes and any duties. Replacements may be available depending on the stock.
